You’re good to go! Your service is active—just install the device and start tracking.

šŸ‘‰ Quick Start Guides – Find Your Tracker

šŸ“ Start here

If your tracker didn’t come with a subscription, and you need to activate your device:

  1. Go to the Activation Page

  2. Enter your tracker’s 6-digit serial number (found on the back or packaging)

  3. Choose a subscription plan

  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to complete activation—you’re ready to track!

šŸŽ Received a gift or second-hand tracker?

If your tracker was gifted or previously owned, it will need to be released from the original account before it can be activated under your own.

To do this, we require a formal request to relinquish ownership from the original owner, submitted through the email address associated with their account. Once we receive that request, we’ll release the device and make it ready for activation.

🧰 Common activation issues

🚫"Tracker not recognized" message?

  • Double-check the serial number for typos

  • It might already be activated if it came with a subscription

  • If previously owned, it may still be tied to another user—contact support for help

šŸ” Can’t find your serial number?

  • The serial number is usually printed on the back of the device or on the original packaging.

  • If it’s missing, worn out, or unreadable, reach out to our support team and provide the IMEI number (typically located on the device label). We’ll look it up from our end and help you complete the activation process.

šŸ“· Barcode won’t scan?

  • No problem! You can always manually enter your 6-digit serial number on the Activation Page.

šŸ““ SIM deactivated from long-term inactivity?

  • If it’s been a while since your tracker was last used, the SIM card inside may have been deactivated automatically by the network provider.

  • Reach out to our support team—we’ll check if the SIM can be replaced or advise if a new tracker is needed.

šŸ’” Tip
Always double-check your serial number when activating. If you hit a snag, our Customer Support team is ready to help you get back on track—fast.
