🧭 Setting Up Your Account

Before powering on your SmartLabel for the first time, you must have your Logistimatics tracking account created and your device registered to it.

To set up your account:

  2. Provide the preferred email address you would like associated with your new Logistimatics account.

  3. Our support team will create your account, register your devices, and send your user invite to finish setting up your user account.

  4. Once confirmed, your account is ready and you can proceed to power on your tracker.

Note: The SmartLabel is already network-activated. You only need an account to view your tracking data.

Once your account is ready and your device is registered:

  1. Cut or remove the activation tab attached to the SmartLabel.

  2. The device will automatically power on and begin reporting.

  3. No buttons or additional steps are required.

How SmartLabel Tracking Works (Important to Know)

SmartLabel uses Apple’s Find My® network to report location.

Here’s what that means in simple terms:

  • SmartLabel does not use GPS or cellular service

  • It currently works only with the Apple Find My network

How locations are collected:

  • The SmartLabel broadcasts a Bluetooth signal every 2 minutes

  • When an iPhone passes nearby, it securely relays the tracker’s location

  • Our system receives these location updates every 10 minutes

Example:
If the SmartLabel broadcasts at 12:00, 12:02, 12:04, 12:08, and 12:10, all of those locations are delivered to your tracking view at 12:10.

Because of this:

  • Location updates may appear in batches

  • Update frequency depends on how often iPhones pass near the tracker

This approach allows SmartLabel to work without a subscription and remain lightweight and disposable.

Placing Your SmartLabel

To install the tracker on your shipment:

  1. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive.

  2. Adhere the SmartLabel to either the interior or exterior of the package.

  3. Choose a location that minimizes crushing and avoids heavy metal obstruction.

Once placed, ship your package as normal.

Downloading and Using the App

Get the Logistimatics App

  1. Download the Logistimatics App (use the links below to navigate and download).

  2. Log in with the email and password you set up when receiving your user invite.

Viewing Your Tracker

After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:

  1. Choose the tracker with the corresponding serial number from the list and tap "View". If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:

    1. Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.

    2. Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.

  2. Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display an information flag with the tracker’s location.

  3. Congratulations! Your SmartLabel is now online and ready to use.

Understanding the Tracking Map

To help you read the tracking map more effectively, watch our introductory video, which covers the following key aspects:

  1. Dots and their colors: Representing different tracker locations and statuses

  2. Stops: Indicating where the tracker has stopped for a certain period

  3. Satellite view: Offering a detailed view of the tracker's surroundings

  4. Date range: Allowing you to filter location data by specific dates

Battery Life

  • Battery life: Up to 2 months (average 6–7 weeks)

💡 Tip

For the most reliable performance, place the Smart Label near the outer layer of packaging or on surfaces. Better placement equals better tracking accuracy.
