Welcome to Logistimatics! In this guide, we’ll walk you through the unboxing, activation, and key features of your new Micro-431 Pocket Tracker. This guide will show you exactly how to activate your device, get it set up, and start tracking with confidence.

NOTE: Locate the device’s 6-digit serial number on the box— you’ll need it for activation!
🧭 Activating Your Pocket Tracker
Follow these steps to activate your Micro-431 and connect it to the Logistimatics platform:
Open the activation page: logistimatics.com/activate
Enter your email address and your device serial number.
Click Continue.
Choose your subscription plan:
Monthly Plan – $24.95 billed monthly
Annual Plan – $14.95 per month billed annually
Click Continue.
Enter your billing information.
Complete checkout by selecting Pay & Activate.
Once the activation is complete, your device will automatically appear in your Logistimatics account after it reports for the first time.

Download using the links below:
Log in using the email and password you set during activation.
📍 Viewing Your Tracker
Once logged in:
Locate your Micro-431 Pocket Tracker in your device list.
Tap View to see the tracking page.
If you see “No Data”, this simply means the device hasn't reported yet. To get the first location:
Bring the tracker outside for GPS signal
Walk, drive, or move with it briefly
Wait for the device to upload its first report
Your map will update automatically once the first location is captured.
🗺 Understanding the Tracking Map
Our tracking interface helps you:
Interpret dot colors indicating movement and GPS points
View “Stops” where the tracker remained stationary
Switch to Satellite View for greater detail
Adjust the date range to view historical data
🔋 Battery Life & Reporting Modes
The Micro-431 supports multiple reporting intervals that help balance update frequency and battery performance.
Default Reporting Mode
400m when moving (distance-based tracking)
Supported Modes (Customer Selectable)
400m or 30 seconds reporting → Up to ~10 days battery
1 minute reporting → About 11–12 days battery
15 minute reporting → Approximately 14–17 days battery
(Can last longer depending on movement)1 hour reporting → Around 1 month battery life
More frequent reporting causes the battery to drain faster. Choose the mode that best matches how you plan to use the device.
⚙️ Changing Reporting Settings
To switch your Micro-431’s reporting mode:
Open the Logistimatics App.
Select your Micro-431 tracker.
Tap Commands.
Tap "NEW"
Choose your preferred reporting mode.
Send the command and wait for confirmation.
If the device is in a longer reporting interval (e.g., 15 minutes or 1 hour), it may be in sleep mode between reports.
While asleep, it will accept new commands on its next scheduled check-in.
💡 Tip: Maximize Battery Life
Choose the least frequent reporting mode that still meets your needs.
If you don’t need ultra-fast updates, using 15-minute or hourly tracking will significantly extend battery life.
