A subscription transfer allows you to shift an active service plan from one GPS tracker to another. This is especially useful when:

🛠️ Manual Subscription Transfer Process
Most transfers must be completed manually by our support team. Here’s how to get started:
1. Locate Serial Numbers
Find the serial number of your current (old) device and your new device.
These can usually be found on the back of the tracker or in your account dashboard.
2. Contact Support
Send an email or message to our support team with the Serial number of the current (old) tracker and Serial number of the new tracker
3. We Handle the Rest
Once we receive your request, our admin team will complete the transfer on your behalf.
No further action is needed on your part. You’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

Transferring subscriptions between devices may result in loss of historical tracking data associated with the old device.
