How can I transfer my subscription between devices or trackers?

If you're looking to move your active subscription from one tracker to another—whether you're upgrading, replacing a lost device, or simply switching—this guide will walk you through the steps needed to complete the transfer smoothly.

📋 What Is a Subscription Transfer?

A subscription transfer allows you to shift an active service plan from one GPS tracker to another. This is especially useful when:

  • Upgrading to a newer model

  • Replacing a malfunctioning or lost device

  • Changing how you manage tracking for your assets or vehicles

🛠️ Manual Subscription Transfer Process

Most transfers must be completed manually by our support team. Here’s how to get started:

1. Locate Serial Numbers

  • Find the serial number of your current (old) device and your new device.

  • These can usually be found on the back of the tracker or in your account dashboard.

2. Contact Support

  • Send an email or message to our support team with the Serial number of the current (old) tracker and Serial number of the new tracker

3. We Handle the Rest

  • Once we receive your request, our admin team will complete the transfer on your behalf.

  • No further action is needed on your part. You’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Transferring subscriptions between devices may result in loss of historical tracking data associated with the old device.

  • Ensure that the new tracker is functional and has been charged before requesting a transfer.
