📍 Check Placement
Good placement is essential for a strong GPS and network signal.
Best placement: Somewhere with a clear view of the sky.
Avoid: Inside enclosed metal spaces such as trunks, engine bays, or shipping containers.
🔄 Reboot the Device
If placement is good but the device still isn’t reporting, try a manual reboot.
Manual Reboot Steps:
Locate the small power button on the side of the device.
Press and hold the button until the white LED flashes twice — this turns the device off.
Press and hold the button again until the white LED flashes once — this turns the device back on.
Once powered on, the blue LED should start flashing, indicating the device is searching for a signal.
