πŸ“ Check Placement

Good placement is essential for a strong GPS and network signal.

  • Best placement: Somewhere with a clear view of the sky.

  • Avoid: Inside enclosed metal spaces such as trunks, engine bays, or shipping containers.

πŸ”„ Reboot the Device

If placement is good but the device still isn’t reporting, try a manual reboot.

Manual Reboot Steps:

  1. Locate the small power button on the side of the device.

  2. Press and hold the button until the white LED flashes twice β€” this turns the device off.

  3. Press and hold the button again until the white LED flashes once β€” this turns the device back on.

  4. Once powered on, the blue LED should start flashing, indicating the device is searching for a signal.
