📍 General Troubleshooting Steps
1. ✅ Make Sure the Device Is Getting Power
When the vehicle is on and the tracker is plugged in, you should see a red LED light.
This means the device is receiving power.
No red light?
Try plugging it into another vehicle’s power outlet.
Make sure the outlet works and the ignition is on (some only work when the car is running).
Tip: If the device is not tracking but the red LED is visible, you can leave it unplugged for several hours. This will force a cold boot when it’s plugged back in, which may help restore normal operation.
2. 🔄 Reboot the Tracker
A reset often restores normal tracking.
To send a reboot from the app:
Open the Logistimatics app.
Tap your tracker’s thumbnail.
Go to Commands.
Tap New → choose Reboot Tracker or Reset.
Confirm and send.
🎧 Live Audio Troubleshooting
Your Car Charger tracker supports Live Audio, but for it to work reliably:
1. 📡 Confirm the Device Is Online
In the Tracking Map, check if the device is moving and updating.
Live audio may not be accessible when the device is stationary.
2. ✅ Set Your SOS Number
In the app, select your tracker.
Go to Commands → New → Set SOS Numbers.
Enter the phone number(s) you want to allow.
SEND and wait for the “OK!” confirmation.
3. 📲 Prompt the Device to Call You
If dialing the tracker directly doesn’t work:
In the app, go to Commands → New → Prompt Device to Call a Number.
Enter your phone number and send the command.
The tracker should call you automatically.
4. 📶 Check Live Audio Minutes
In the app, open Info to see remaining minutes.
If you’re out, purchase more directly in the app.
