At Logistimatics, we stand by our products and we're committed to your satisfaction. In case things just don't turn out as expected, we offer an easy-to-follow 30-day return policy for all our products.

Here's What You Need to Know

To ensure a hassle-free return process, take time to read the following guidelines:

Return Condition

Ensure that the hardware you're returning is in good condition and includes the original packaging. Returns without original packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee. This is to guarantee that our other customers receive only top-quality, undamaged items.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount. Please be aware that tracking service fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated after 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return

Simply submit an 'Orders/Shipping' support ticket and our team will guide you through the return process with detailed instructions.

What's Next?

Remember, if you have an active subscription linked to the device you're returning, it's your responsibility to cancel it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab.

  2. Log in using your email and password.

  3. Select the device you wish to cancel.

  4. Click the [Cancel] button.
