To ensure seamless connectivity, we require monthly or yearly billing for our subscription plans. Read on to learn more about the benefits and options available to our valued customers.


What's in the Tracker?

Similar to cell phones, our GPS trackers rely on cellular data transmissions and pre-installed SIM cards to stay connected to the mobile network. Some tracker models even have phone numbers, enabling users to monitor their surroundings and send SMS commands. To access these features, users must enable voice time and text messaging as a pre-paid service.


Why Choose a Subscription Plan?

To make the most of our GPS trackers, customers are required to subscribe to a monthly plan. This subscription fee covers the cost of the data plan required for the device, much like cell phone plans. Our terms of service state that the billing is recurring on a monthly or yearly basis until explicitly canceled under the customer's Logistimatics account. If you purchase the tracker directly from Logistimatics.com, you can select your preferred subscription plan at the time of purchase. For those who purchased the tracker elsewhere, simply visit our Activation page to set up your subscription plan.

Monthly Plan

Important Disclaimer

Our subscription plans ensure your tracker stays connected and functional. However, it’s crucial to note that these plans do not include audio minutes for the Live Audio feature available on some of our tracker models. If you wish to utilize the Live Audio functionality, audio minutes must be purchased separately. This allows you to tailor your plan to include just the right amount of live audio access to meet your specific needs.
