Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription

Reactivating your Logistimatics tracker is straightforward. Here’s how you can do it via our app or website,

  1. Log Into Your Account. Start by accessing your Logistimatics account either through our mobile app or by visiting our website.

  2. Head to the Manage Section. Look for and select the "Manage Tab" to view your options.

  3. Choose Your Tracker. If you have more than one inactive tracker, it’s crucial to identify the correct one by its serial number. Reactivation is done one tracker at a time.

  4. Hit Reactivate. Click on the “Reactivate Button.” You’ll then be prompted to choose a subscription plan—monthly for flexibility or annual for savings.

Reactivating Grandfathered Subscriptions

Noticed that the price on the app doesn't match what you used to pay? That’s probably because you were enjoying what we call "grandfathered pricing" - special rates from the past that were a bit friendlier on the wallet than our current prices.

Here's the deal:

Sometimes, our subscription costs change. If you were lucky to snag a subscription at a lower rate back in the day, that's what we mean by "grandfathered pricing." But there's a catch – if your subscription ever gets canceled for any reason (like if a payment didn't go through, or your card expired), that special rate hops out the window.

So, if you find yourself needing to reactivate your tracker, just a heads up: you'll be picking from the price tags we have up now, not the ones from way back when. It's all part of keeping things fair and square, according to our terms of service.

Important to Note

Reactivating your tracker initiates an automatic charge to the payment method you have on file. If your account doesn’t have a saved card, you’ll be requested to update your payment details. Remember, our subscription plans are set to auto-renew, so keep an eye on your renewal dates to stay informed.
