Steps to Update Your Account Details

Using a Browser

  1. Access Your Account. Log in to your Logistimatics account through the app or website.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings. Find and select the "Account Details" or "Settings" option, typically located in the menu or under your account name.

  3. Edit Your Information: You can change a single piece of information or all information at once!

    1. Name and Username: If you wish to update your display name or username, look for the editable field and make your changes.

    2. Email Address: To change your email, enter your new email in the provided field. You might need to verify the new email address through a confirmation link sent to that address.

    3. Phone Number: Update your phone number by entering the new number. Verification via a text message code may be required for security reasons.

    4. Timezone: Adjusting your timezone ensures that tracking data and notifications are timed correctly. Select your new timezone from the dropdown menu.

    5. Password. For a password change, enter your current password followed by the new password. Ensure your new password is strong and secure.
