Steps to Update or Add Shipping and Billing Address

  1. Start by visiting app.logistimatics.com on any device. Enter your account details to log in.

  2. Click on the 'Manage' tab and look for the 'Addresses' option.

  3. Hit the 'Add New' button to bring up the address form. You'll have the option to choose between updating your Billing or Shipping address. Fill in the necessary fields.

  4. Once you've entered your details, click 'Add Shipping Address' or 'Add Billing Address' to save. Don't forget to mark it as your default address if that's what you prefer.

Steps to Delete an Old Address

  1. Log back into your account and navigate to the 'Manage' > 'Addresses' section.

  2. Find the address you wish to delete and click the down arrow next to it.

  3. Click the Bin icon in the dropdown menu to remove the outdated address from your account.
