Setting Up Alerts and Notifications for Your Tracker

Keeping tabs on your tracker just got easier! This quick guide is all about helping you set up alerts and notifications, ensuring you're always up-to-date with your tracker’s movements. Let’s jump right in and get those notifications flowing.


Your Notification Channels

  • Email Alerts: Get updates sent straight to your inbox.

  • Push Notifications: Have alerts pop up directly on your device.

  • SMS Alerts: Receive text messages for immediate updates.


Setting the Alerts on the Mobile App

To check and change the Alert settings on the Mobile app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account to see all your trackers lined up.

  2. Choose the tracker you'd like to set notifications for.

  3. Tap the "Alerts" tab, located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  4. Here, you can select exactly how and what alerts you want to receive.


Setting the Alerts on a Browser

You can also use any browser to update the Alert settings.

  1. Head to app.logistimatics.com and sign into your account.

  2. Click the menu button, top right this time.

  3. Select “Alerts”. This is where you can fine-tune your notification settings.

  4. Adjust the alerts to suit your tracking needs.

  5. Don’t forget to click "Update Notifications" to save.

Streamline your tracking by setting up critical alerts, like geofence breaches or low battery, as SMS notifications. This ensures you receive instant updates for the most important events, keeping you one step ahead without overwhelming your device with notifications.
