Welcome to our guide on customizing alerts and reporting settings for your Protect Plus tracker. By understanding the available reporting frequencies, configuring alerts, and utilizing combined reporting modes, you can maximize your tracker's battery life and tailor its functionality to your specific needs!

Reporting Options

Our Protect Plus tracker offers various reporting frequencies to achieve a long battery life between charges. Check out the approximate battery life for different reporting configurations:

Combined Wake + Sleep Reporting Options

By combining sleep and wake reports, you can optimize battery life. These reporting modes automatically reduce frequencies when the tracker is stationary, conserving battery power and ensuring efficient operation.

Alerts and Notifications

Take advantage of anti-tamper alerts and other notifications available with the Protect Plus tracker. Configure alerts such as removal, cover open, installation, and vibration alerts to suit your preferences. Enable or disable these alerts easily through the commands tab on our Web and Mobile App.

Additional Notes

Commands sent to a hibernating tracker are accepted only when awake or in motion. If the tracker remains stationary for more than 5 minutes, it may enter hibernation mode, and commands will be processed only upon detecting movement.
