Which trackers are equipped with Live Audio?

Our range includes several trackers with Live Audio capability, such as the Car Charger GPS Tracker and the Mobile-200.

How does live audio monitoring work?

The Live Audio feature allows you to hear live audio from your tracker's location by calling its dedicated phone number. During the call, you'll be connected to the tracker's microphone, providing real-time sound without any indication from the device itself.

What is an SOS number and how is it used for live audio?

An SOS number is a phone number you authorize to initiate live audio calls with your tracker. By setting your personal phone as an SOS number, you ensure secure and exclusive access to the live audio feature.

How can I set up SOS (CENTER) numbers for live audio?

In the app, use the 'Set SOS Numbers' command to authorize up to three phone numbers that can initiate live audio by calling the tracker.

What's the process for accessing live audio monitoring?

Use the mobile app to call the tracker or dial its number directly from your phone after setting it as an SOS number.

How are live audio minutes calculated?

Minutes start counting shortly after the call connects and are rounded to the next full minute, similar to prepaid phone services.

Can I use live audio internationally?

The feature is currently available within the USA only.

Why won't my live audio call connect?

Ensure that your number is set as an SOS number and that the tracker has power and network connectivity. If issues persist, wait for the tracker to change location or check that you have adequate live audio minutes.

What should I do if the tracker hangs up on me during a live audio call?

This could be due to the absence of an authorized SOS number, depleted audio minutes, or lack of network connection. Verify these factors before attempting another call.

Note: Once your calls end and your balance reaches zero, your SIM plan is altered to restrict phone calls. This is a preventive measure to ensure you don't accrue a large debt. When this happens, the Live Audio feature is accessible within 24 hours after purchasing more minutes.

How can I add more live audio minutes?

Purchase additional minutes here: Live Audio for GPS Trackers or directly from the mobile app under the INFO tab.

Is there an unlimited live audio plan available?

Currently, no unlimited plan is offered. Live audio minutes can be added as needed.
