Thank you for choosing the Mobile 200G tracker! This guide is specifically tailored for our customers who have purchased their devices through Amazon or other third-party sites. Unlike devices bought directly from Logistimatics, your tracker requires a subscription activation to start tracking. Don't worry, though; we'll walk you through the process step by step.


Unboxing Your Mobile 200G

Inside your package, you will find:

  1. The Mobile 200G GPS tracker

  2. A charging cable

  3. A charging block

  4. A magnetic bracket for mounting

  5. A Quick Start Guide for initial instructions

NOTE: Find the 6-digit serial number on the box, you’ll need that for activation!

Powering On Your Tracker

To power on your tracker, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3-4 seconds, then release. All three lights will flash when turned on. Green and blue LEDs may take several seconds to flash when the tracker is powered on.

  2. To check if the device is on, quickly tap the power button. If lights flash, the tracker is powered on. If no lights flash, the tracker is powered off.


Activating Your Tracker

With your Mobile 200G powered on, let's get it activated:

  1. Go to logistimatics.com/activate or scan the QR code with your phone's camera.

  2. Input the serial number found on your device.

  3. Select a subscription plan that suits your needs.

  4. Fill out the checkout form, and be sure to note your email address and password.


App Setup and Tracking

Get the Logistimatics App

  1. Download the Logistimatics App (use the links below to navigate and download).

  2. Log in with the email and password you used during checkout.

App Navigation

After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:

  1. Choose the tracker with the corresponding serial number from the list and tap "View". If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:

    1. Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.

    2. Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.

  2. Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display an information flag with the tracker’s location.

Understanding the Tracking Map

To help you read the tracking map more effectively, watch our introductory video, which covers the following key aspects:

  1. Dots and their colors: Representing different tracker locations and statuses

  2. Stops: Indicating where the tracker has stopped for a certain period

  3. Satellite view: Offering a detailed view of the tracker's surroundings

  4. Date range: Allowing you to filter location data by specific dates


Setting Up Live Audio and Commands

If you wish to utilize the Live Audio feature, follow these steps to set it up. (Skip this section if you don't plan on using Live Audio)

  1. In the app, go to "Commands" and tap "New".

  2. Select "Set SOS Number" and enter your phone number.

  3. Send the command and wait for confirmation in the command log.

  4. Make sure you have audio minutes in your account.

  5. Call the tracker's number from your registered phone to listen live. You can call the tracker through the app or your phone’s dial pad.


💡Tip

Keep Your Tracker Secure. When placing your Mobile 200G in a vehicle, use the magnetic bracket for a firm hold and place it on a metallic surface. This prevents the tracker from shifting during travel and ensures consistent tracking performance.
