Welcome to effortless tracking with your Car Charger GPS tracker acquired from Amazon or a third-party retailer! Unlike purchases from Logistimatics directly, your device from other sources requires a simple activation process. This guide will swiftly navigate you through the activation and setup to get your tracking journey started without delay.

What’s In the Box

Discover the contents of your Car Charger tracker package:

  1. Car Charger Tracker

  2. Instruction booklet

Powering On Your Tracker

To power on your Car Charger tracker, follow these simple steps:

  1. Simply start your vehicle — the Car Charger tracker gets its power from the cigarette lighter port.

  2. Plug the tracker into the port. You'll see blue lights flash as it powers on and connects to the network.

Activating Your Tracker

Here's how to activate your Car Charger Tracker from Amazon (or any other 3rd party resource):

  1. Visit the activation page at logistimatics.com/activate or use your smartphone to scan the QR code provided with the product.

  2. Type in the serial number from your tracker.

  3. Select a subscription plan that suits your tracking frequency needs.

  4. Complete the checkout with your email and password—make a note of these as they'll be your key to the Logistimatics App.

Downloading and Using the App

Get the Logistimatics App

  1. Download the Logistimatics App (use the links below to navigate and download).

  2. Log in with the email and password you used during checkout.

Viewing Your Tracker

After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:

  1. Choose the tracker with the corresponding serial number from the list and tap "View". If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:

    1. Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.

    2. Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.

  2. Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display an information flag with the tracker’s location.

  3. Congratulations! Your Mobile-200 tracker is now online and ready to use.

Understanding the Tracking Map

To help you read the tracking map more effectively, watch our introductory video, which covers the following key aspects:

  1. Dots and their colors: Representing different tracker locations and statuses

  2. Stops: Indicating where the tracker has stopped for a certain period

  3. Satellite view: Offering a detailed view of the tracker's surroundings

  4. Date range: Allowing you to filter location data by specific dates

Setting Up Live Audio and Commands

If you wish to utilize the Live Audio feature, follow these steps to set it up. (Skip this section if you don't plan on using Live Audio)

  1. In the app, go to "Commands" and tap "New".

  2. Select "Set SOS Number" and enter your phone number.

  3. Send the command and wait for confirmation in the command log.

  4. Make sure you have audio minutes in your account.

  5. Call the tracker's number from your registered phone to listen live. You can call the tracker through the app or your phone’s dial pad.

💡Tip

Maintain a Good Connection. For the best tracking performance, ensure the Car Charger tracker is fully inserted into the cigarette lighter port. A secure connection prevents power disruptions and keeps your tracking consistent.
