What is Live Audio and how does it work?
Live Audio lets you call your tracker's phone number and listen to the surrounding audio in real time.
How do I set up Live Audio on my tracker?
Step 1 — Purchase Audio Minutes

Step 2 — Set Your SOS Number
This is the most important step. Your personal phone number must be registered as the SOS number so the tracker knows to accept your call.
Open the Logistimatics app and select your tracker
Tap Commands → New Command → Set SOS Numbers
Enter your personal mobile number (the number you'll be calling from)
Tap Send and wait for confirmation in the command log
Step 3 — Call Your Tracker
Once your SOS number is confirmed and you have minutes, call the phone number assigned to your tracker. You'll be connected and able to listen in.
My Live Audio isn't working — what should I check?
Work through this checklist:
Do you have audio minutes? Go to your device INFO tab on the app and confirm you have minutes available. If not, purchase them at https://my.logistimatics.com/live-audio-for-gps-trackers/
Is your SOS number set correctly? Make sure you entered your personal phone number, not the tracker's own number. A common mistake is setting the tracker's phone number as the SOS number — this will prevent calls from connecting.
Is the tracker online? The device must be active and connected to network coverage.
Is the tracker in motion? Live Audio requires the device to be moving. It will not connect while the tracker is stationary. Test it while the device is in a vehicle.
Are you calling from the registered SOS number? You must call from the same phone number set as the SOS number.
What tracker models support Live Audio?
Live Audio is supported on the Mobile 200 and Car Charger tracker models. Check your product details or contact support if you're unsure whether your tracker supports this feature
How do I buy more Live Audio minutes?
Purchase through the app:
Pull up your tracker's map
Go to the Info Tab
Scroll down to the bottom until you see the audio section and audio minutes balance
Tap "Buy More"
