If you're all out of audio minutes, there's no need to stress. With a few clicks, you can top up and stay in tune with your trackers. This guide is your quick path to more minutes, so you can continue monitoring with ease.

Steps on Adding Audio Minutes

  1. Visit the Live Audio for GPS Trackers page to begin.

  2. Choose how many audio minutes you need by adjusting the Quantity. Remember, 1 quantity equals 60 minutes and costs just $6.

  3. Hit Add to Cart once you’ve decided on the amount.

  4. Click Proceed to Checkout in your cart.

  5. Fill in your shipping address so we can calculate any tax. Don’t worry, you won’t receive any physical shipment—the address is for verification only. Default shipping is set to Free as there's nothing to ship.

  6. Click Payment Details to enter your payment info, then click Pay Now to finish your purchase.

How much does it cost?

More minutes, more peace of mind! Audio minutes are $6 per hour and they never expire, so you can use them across all your live audio-enabled trackers. Once purchased, they're yours to use right away.

Important Note

  • Minutes start counting shortly after the call connects and are rounded to the next full minute, similar to prepaid phone services.

  • Once your calls end and your balance reaches zero, your SIM plan is altered to restrict phone calls. This is a preventive measure to ensure you don't accrue a high overage.

  • To release from restriction, simply purchase audio minutes. The Live Audio feature is accessible again within 24 hours after purchasing more minutes.

💡Tip

To avoid any surprises, our system will change your SIM plan to stop calls when your balance hits zero. Just refill your audio minutes, and within 24 hours, you'll be set to make calls again.
