Viewing Your Tracker
After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:
Choose the tracker with the corresponding serial number from the list and tap "View". If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:
Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.
Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.
Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display an information flag with the tracker’s location.
Congratulations! Your SlapTrack is now online and ready to use.

Battery Life
Battery life depends on reporting frequency:
Every 4 hours: ~2–2.5 months
💡 Tip
For the most reliable performance, place the SlapTrack near the outer layer of packaging or on surfaces less likely to block cellular and WiFi signals. Better placement equals better tracking accuracy.
