Good news! We take both debit and credit cards. Just double-check that your card is up-to-date and ready to go before you add it.
Steps to Update Your Payment Method
Head over to app.logistimatics.com and sign into your account.
Click here to be directed to the 'Manage Payment Methods' tab.
Hit the 'Add New' button. You'll see it on the right.
A box will pop up asking for your card info. Fill it out and click 'Add Method' to save it.
Managing Your Payment Methods
Multiple Cards? No Problem. Feel free to add a few card options. They’ll be there as backups.
If there’s only one card, we’ll automatically use it for your next payment. Got more than one? You’ll need to pick your preferred one for automatic payments.
Got an old card that’s expired or you don’t use it anymore? Best to remove it to keep things tidy.
