Encountering an "Email Already Exists" error during checkout can throw a wrench in your excitement for your new Logistimatics purchase. Fear not! This guide is crafted to help you swiftly navigate past this hiccup, ensuring you can complete your order effortlessly and get on with your day.


Steps to Resolve the Error

Image or attachment is not accessible.

  1. Head over to the Logistimatics Product Catalogue in your web browser; select your items and proceed to checkout.

  2. On the checkout page, look for the "Already have an account? Login" message and enter your email and password to log in.

  3. Your email will auto-populate, and now you can confirm your shipping address. Choose "Use Existing" to ship to the address on file or "Enter a New Address" for a different location.

  4. Review your order by clicking "Shipping Details". Ensure your payment information is current, and then you're all set to complete your purchase.
