Need to change how you're paying for your Logistimatics subscription? No sweat! Keeping your payment info current is key to enjoying uninterrupted tracking service. This friendly guide will walk you through updating your payment method in just a few steps. Let's make sure your service stays smooth and uninterrupted.

Accepted Payment Methods

Good news! We take both debit and credit cards. Just double-check that your card is up-to-date and ready to go before you add it.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Head over to and sign into your account.

  2. Click here to be directed to the 'Manage Payment Methods' tab.

  3. Hit the 'Add New' button. You'll see it on the right.

  4. A box will pop up asking for your card info. Fill it out and click 'Add Method' to save it.

Managing Your Payment Methods

  • Multiple Cards? No Problem. Feel free to add a few card options. They’ll be there as backups.

  • If there’s only one card, we’ll automatically use it for your next payment. Got more than one? You’ll need to pick your preferred one for automatic payments.

  • Got an old card that’s expired or you don’t use it anymore? Best to remove it to keep things tidy.


Pro move — update your payment method a day before your plan renews. This way, you're all set for seamless service.
