We’re excited to share a major update to the Logistimatics mobile app. We’ve completely rebuilt the app using modern technology to deliver better performance, improved stability, and a refreshed design—while keeping all the features you rely on today.

No new account. No lost data. Just a better experience.


✨ What’s New in the Logistimatics App

🎨 Fresh, Modern Design

We redesigned the app with clarity and usability in mind.

  • Clean, intuitive interface

  • Updated branding and visuals

  • Simplified navigation across all features

  • Consistent experience on iOS and Android

Thanks to a full rebuild on modern mobile technology, the app feels noticeably quicker.

📱 What Stayed the Same

While the experience is better, the fundamentals haven’t changed:

📍 Where Did My Features Go?

We made the app easier to use, so a few things may be in a new place. Here’s where to find the most common tools in the new Logistimatics app:

🏠 Dashboard / Home

This is the first screen you’ll see when you open the app. It shows all of your trackers in one list.

  • Active = trackers that are currently working with an active subscription

  • Inactive = trackers that do not have an active subscription right now

  • You can also quickly see things like battery level and last update time

Think of this as your “main tracker list” page.


📍 Geofences

This is where you set up Geofences (safe zones/alert zones).

A geofence is an area on the map that you choose. The app can notify you when a tracker:

  • enters the area, or

  • exits the area

Geofences help you stay informed automatically when your trackers move in or out of important locations.


📊 Reports

This is where you can look back at past tracking history.

  • Pick a date using the calendar

  • Choose a time range if needed

  • Save or download the tracking report

Use this when you want to answer: “Where was my tracker yesterday?” or “Show me the history from last week.”


👤 Account Management

This is where you manage your account and settings.

From here you can:

  • Update tracker and alert settings

  • Change your password

  • Manage your subscription

  • View orders and order history

  • Edit your account information

  • Do I need to create a new account?
    No. Your existing account and login credentials remain the same.
