📍 Where Did My Features Go?
We made the app easier to use, so a few things may be in a new place. Here’s where to find the most common tools in the new Logistimatics app:
🏠 Dashboard / Home
This is the first screen you’ll see when you open the app. It shows all of your trackers in one list.
Active = trackers that are currently working with an active subscription
Inactive = trackers that do not have an active subscription right now
You can also quickly see things like battery level and last update time
Think of this as your “main tracker list” page.
📍 Geofences
This is where you set up Geofences (safe zones/alert zones).
A geofence is an area on the map that you choose. The app can notify you when a tracker:
enters the area, or
exits the area
Geofences help you stay informed automatically when your trackers move in or out of important locations.
📊 Reports
This is where you can look back at past tracking history.
Pick a date using the calendar
Choose a time range if needed
Save or download the tracking report
Use this when you want to answer: “Where was my tracker yesterday?” or “Show me the history from last week.”
👤 Account Management
This is where you manage your account and settings.
From here you can:
Update tracker and alert settings
Change your password
Manage your subscription
View orders and order history
Edit your account information
