Unboxing Your Mobile-200G Tracker

Inside the Mobile-200G box, you will find:

  1. Mobile-200G tracker

  2. Charging cable

  3. Charging block

  4. Magnetic Bracket

  5. Quick Start Guide

To power on your tracker, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3-4 seconds, then release. All three lights will flash when turning on. Green and blue LEDs may take several seconds to flash when the tracker is powered on.

  2. To check if the device is on, quickly tap the power button. If lights flash, the tracker is powered on. If no lights flash, the tracker is powered off.

  3. Locate the 6-digit serial number on the packaging. You'll need this to activate your device.


Download the App

  1. Download the Logistimatics App (use the links below to navigate and download).

  2. Open the app and log in using the email and password you entered during checkout.


Using the Logistimatics App

After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:

  1. Choose the tracker with the corresponding serial number from the list and tap "View".

If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:

  1. Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.

  2. Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.

Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display information like this:

Congratulations! Your Mobile-200 tracker is now online and ready to use.


Understanding the Tracking Map

To help you read the tracking map more effectively, watch our introductory video, which covers the following key aspects:

  • Dots and their colors: Representing different tracker locations and statuses

  • Stops: Indicating where the tracker has stopped for a certain period

  • Satellite view: Offering a detailed view of the tracker's surroundings

  • Date range: Allowing you to filter location data by specific dates


Setting Up Live Audio and Commands

If you wish to utilize the Live Audio feature, follow these steps to set it up. (Skip this section if you don't plan on using Live Audio)

  1. Open the Logistimatics App and tap on "Commands."

  2. Then click on "New" in the upper right corner and choose the "Set SOS Number" command from the list.

  3. Enter the phone number you will use to call the tracker, and tap "Send." The tracker will store your number even if it doesn't reappear in the field.

  4. Check the command log for sent and accepted messages. Sent commands will appear in gray, while accepted ones will be in red. The device may take a few minutes to reply.

  5. Ensure that you have sufficient audio minutes available on your account.

To use the Live Audio feature, simply call the tracker's phone number from your registered phone. You can find the tracker's number in the app under the "INFO" tab, within the "Audio" section.

With your Mobile 200 tracker fully set up, you're now prepared to take advantage of all its features!
