Unboxing Your Car Charger Tracker

To power your tracker, follow these simple steps:
Start your car. The cigarette lighter port must have power for the tracker to turn on. Most cars need to be on for this port to get power.
Plug your tracker into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter port. The lights will flash blue as the tracker powers on and connects to the cell network.
Find the 6-digit serial number on the packaging. You will need this to activate your device.
Note: The Car Charger tracker will, most of the time, start from 0% battery when the vehicle has sat all night with no battery connection.
Download the App
Download the Logistimatics App (use the links below to navigate and download).
Open the app and log in using the email and password you entered during checkout.
Using the Logistimatics App
After logging in to the Logistimatics App, follow these simple steps to view your tracker:
If your tracking page shows "No Data," don't worry. This is normal and indicates that your device hasn't reported its location yet. To resolve this, take the following action:
Bring your tracker outside and go for a short drive.
Wait for the tracker to update its location, which should happen shortly.
Once the tracker reports its location, the tracking page will display information like this:
Congratulations! Your Car Charger tracker is now online and ready to use.
Understanding the Tracking Map

Setting Up Live Audio and Commands
If you wish to utilize the Live Audio feature, follow these steps to set it up. (Skip this section if you don't plan on using Live Audio)
Open the Logistimatics App and tap on "Commands."
Then click on "New" in the upper right corner and choose the "Set SOS Number" command from the list.
Enter the phone number you will use to call the tracker, and tap "Send." The tracker will store your number even if it doesn't reappear in the field.
Check the command log for sent and accepted messages. Sent commands will appear in gray, while accepted ones will be in red. The device may take a few minutes to reply.
Ensure that you have sufficient audio minutes available on your account.
To use the Live Audio feature, simply call the tracker's phone number from your registered phone. You can find the tracker's number in the app under the "INFO" tab, within the "Audio" section.
