We introduced the subscription + tracker bundle in October 2022. All new order for a tracker is shipped with an active monthly or yearly subscription. We added 7 days to the subscription to cover the days of shipping. To fully activate the tracker, please follow the tracker’s getting started instructions. Purchased from Amazon, Walmart, or another 3rd-Party
If you purchased the tracker from Amazon, you have two ways to purchase a subscription and activate the tracker.
Scan the QR code - a QR code can be found on the tracker box and can be scanned using your smartphone.
Visit our Activation Page - enter the 6-digit serial number and choose a subscription type. Complete the check-out form and take your tracker for a test drive.
If the tracker was given to you by a friend or family member, you will need to follow the “Transfer of Ownership” process.
Wrong Tracker Number Error
If you are receiving the following error message, it could be due to the following reasons:
You may have entered an incorrect serial number that is not recognized.
The tracker was not relinquished from the previous owner - if it was given to you as a gift or it was brought from someone else who previously had an account with Logistimatics.
The serial number is the 6-digit number. You can find the number on a sticker either on your device or on the packaging box that the device came in.
If you do not see this number anywhere, please contact customer support by opening a support ticket and provide the IMEI number (15-digit #) on the device if it is available.
Barcode not Scanning
If you are using the barcode scanning feature on the app and it does not seem to be functioning try going to the Activation Page instead.
Once there you can enter the serial number manually to activate and you should be able to proceed through the activation process.
