In order to reactivate your tracker you will first need to access to your app or go to, and log in.

App process

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click on the “Menu” button

  3. Then go to “Accounts”

  4. Click on “Subscriptions”

  5. Choose the Tracker

  6. And then click on “Reactivate Subscription”

Web App Process

  1. Log in to

  2. Click on the “Menu” button

  3. Click “Manage”

  4. Then on the dropdown menu select “Subscriptions”

  5. Click on the tracker you wish to renew

  6. And then click on “Reactivate Subscription”
