In order to reactivate your tracker you will first need to access to your app or go to app.logistimatics.com, and log in.
App process
Log in to your account
Click on the “Menu” button
Then go to “Accounts”
Click on “Subscriptions”
Choose the Tracker
And then click on “Reactivate Subscription”
Web App Process
Log in to app.logistimatics.com
Click on the “Menu” button
Click “Manage”
Then on the dropdown menu select “Subscriptions”
Click on the tracker you wish to renew
And then click on “Reactivate Subscription”
