Here are the step-by-step instructions to add a new user to your account
Access the web app (app.logistimatics.com) and log in using your credentials (Email and password).
On the top of the screen click on “Manage”
Then “User Access”
You will then see the “Invite User”
Enter the Name and Email of the person you want to add as a user.
Then select the permission or access that they will have
Click on the “Invite User” button below to complete the process.
Note: An email will be sent to the person you want to add in your account as a user, this will advise them to set up their own login credentials (Email and password). Once they have accepted the invite and have set up their login information they will be able to access the account.
Only add users who are trustworthy and have a legitimate need to access your account.
Never share your login credentials with anyone, including the new user you are adding.
Use strong and unique passwords for your account, and encourage the new user to do the same.
Limit the permissions of the new user to only what is necessary for them
Regularly review the list of users who have access to your account and remove any who no longer need access.
