If you're looking to cancel your subscription with Logistimatics, the process is relatively straightforward, but it can vary depending on the type of subscription you have. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to cancel both monthly and prepaid subscriptions and also outline the process for commitment plan subscriptions.

Canceling Monthly and Prepaid Subscriptions:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Once you're logged in, Go to the Manage Subscriptions Tab.

  3. On the next page, all subscriptions are listed if there are multiple. Tap the device associated with the subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Select cancel on the next screen.

Pending Cancellation Status

If you cancel your monthly or prepaid subscription before the next payment date, then your subscription switches to pending cancellation status.

You will not be charged again for the next payment when your subscription is in pending cancellation status. The subscription fully cancels at the end of the current prepaid period. The tracking service continues active until that date.

Canceling Commitment Subscriptions

The commitment plan subscriptions are legacy subscriptions no longer offered as a new subscription option when activating. If you're still on a commitment subscription plan with Logistimatics and need to cancel, contact customer support for assistance.
