How do I return my device?

A guide to our return policy

At Logistimatics, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products beginning from the order date. However, please keep in mind that there are a few guidelines to follow in order to ensure a smooth return process.

Firstly, any returned hardware must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Products returned without original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We want to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products, and we cannot resell damaged items.

Once we receive the device, we will refund the purchase amount. However, please note that tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated after 30 days.

If you need to start a return, please submit an Orders / Shipping support ticket. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

It is also important to note that if you have an active subscription associated with the device you are returning, it is your responsibility to cancel it. To cancel your subscription, simply go to Manage Subscriptions Tab and follow these steps:

  1. Log in with your email and password

  2. Tap on the device you want to cancel

  3. Press the [Cancel] button
