To change your display name on the Web App:
Login to app.logistimatics.com/account, using your email address and password.
Click on Personal Account on the far right corner of the screen.
Choose/ click on Settings from the drop-down.
You may change your email address/username under the email field.
Then, click Update account to save the changes that you made to your email address/username.
To change your display name on the Mobile App:
Launch the app and log in using your email address and password.
Click the menu bar on the top left corner of the screen.
Go to Account.
The username can be found in the first field. Enter your new username.
Then, click “Save” beside the username to apply the changes.
Sign out and log back in to see the changes.
