To change ownership:
The current account owner can relinquish ownership by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org from their account email and providing the tracker's serial number. The owner must also include a statement authorizing the new owner's account email to take control of the tracker(s).
In order to transfer ownership of a tracker from an existing Logistimatics account to someone who does not currently have a tracking account, you will need to follow the same steps as above to have Customer Support remove the tracker from your account. Additionally, you will need to provide a consent email from the original account email. The new owner can activate it with a new email and account at their convenience on the Logistimatics Activation page.
Please note that it will be the responsibility of the new owner to handle the subscription billing. Transfer requests can only be addressed during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, Mon-Fri), and extra time should be allowed for requests made outside of these hours.
